Tenant Portal

We all know that writing checks to pay bills is a thing of the past for most, so we have made it simple for tenants to pay their rent online or set up automatic payments through our mobile friendly tenant portal.
Tenants now have the option to take a photo and upload it to their online maintenance request and submit at their convenience.
They can check their balance, request copies of documents, send messages, and get status updates all from their phone or tablet.

Owner Portal

Owners now have immediate access to their current and previous statements with just a few taps on their screen. All statements are generated and uploaded to the owner portal each month and then stored for future access. Copies of receipts, invoices, inspection reports are all available anytime, anywhere.
We now have the capability to accept credit card and E-check payments through the contributions tab within the portal. This speeds up the wait time for large repairs and allows the owner to take care of emergency expenses even if they are out town.
Documents can be easily shared and stored under the documents tab. Leases, insurance information, rent rolls, and tenant information can all be requested and received through the portal to be accessed at a moments notice.

Marketing

In today’s rental market, it’s not enough to just put a sign in the yard or post an ad in the paper. Barrington knows that renters have more options now than ever before and we know that our listings must stand out amongst the crowd.
Each property that we list has a virtual tour available for viewing on our mobile friendly website. Prospective tenants have an opportunity to get a feel for the property with just a tap.
Each property listed on our website is also submitted to 23 other websites like Zillow, Hot Pads, Rent.com, Realtor.com, and Trullia just to name a few. We have also started posting and linking our listings to all of our social media outlets like Facebook or Linkedin, etc. This increases traffic back to our website where more of our properties can be viewed.

Applications

Once the renters have found their future home, the ease of access continues with the application process.
Not only can potential tenants apply for the home of their choosing on their phone, but they can also take pictures of their check stubs or drivers license and submit them to our leasing department along with any other requested documents.
The application fee can be collected online after completing the application and processing can begin without even leaving home.
