- We now have the capability to accept credit card and E-check payments through the contributions tab within the portal. This speeds up the wait time for large repairs and allows the owner to take care of emergency expenses even if they are out town.
- Documents can be easily shared and stored under the documents tab. Leases, insurance information, rent rolls, and tenant information can all be requested and received through the portal to be accessed at a moments notice.

We have also started posting and linking our listings to all of our social media outlets like Facebook or Linkedin, etc. This increases traffic back to our website where more of our properties can be viewed.
- Once the renters have found their future home, the ease of access continues with the application process.
- Not only can potential tenants apply for the home of their choosing on their phone, but they can also take pictures of their check stubs or drivers license and submit them to our leasing department along with any other requested documents.
- The application fee can be collected online after completing the application and processing can begin without even leaving home.
